About Myself

I am compassionate and understand the changes faced by adults who need support. I enjoy helping people and making a difference to their daily lives.
Having a positive outlook to encourage people in whatever they do, while being patient, taking time to listen what people have to say and their needs allows me care for them as individuals. I am reliable, punctual and dedicated getting tasks done in an organised way.
In my personal life enjoy going out and about, a stroll along the seafront, going out for a cuppa, visiting a gallery, church or historic building. My main passion is music and I play the piano, guitar, violin and harp. I belong to a choir and occasionally attempt to tap dance. I also enjoy gardening and walking my greyhound Toby.

‘Work Experience’

I have over 8 years experience working in the care sector both as a carer and a wellbeing activities coordinator giving personal care, help with meals, mobility, dressing and providing stimulating activities appropriate for the client.
